For how long can I expect to keep my new result?
New Body always point out the importance of being active yourself as well as reciving the training at the pasive gym. The more one attend to do exercise them self the better and longer last the final result. New Body are in favor of an active healthy lifestyle, but during different circumstances in life one may not be able to achive al the goals one can have, and obviously due to sickdom or pain it is sometimes very difficult to exercise in a ordinary gym. Or if somebody want to loose weight rather quickly or just tone a special part of their body, New Body is with out doubt the unique gym for you.
After you have reached your optimal goal, we recomend you to continue once per week or once every second week to mantain your result. You can easly compare this to when you go to the ordinary gym, once you suddenly stop to go, and mayby start to eat unhealthy food, it is obviously that all that weight you have lost, will come back sooner or later.
What kind of food consist the diet?
Only healthy food. You will eat 5 times per day, so you can keep your metabolisme rate at a high level al the time. If not, very often the body thinks that you are starving and therefore tend to save “The calories”. With other words, it does not want to burn or loose so many calories, because it thinks that it has to save them as you are “ starving”.
